Policy Statements

Minimum Order:

It is our company policy that all orders placed with Name Badge Productions meet a total order minimum of $25.00.  If the order is under the $25.00 minimum you have the option to increase the amount of product being ordered.

Payment Options:

The following payment options are available:

Credit Card:  Complete your order online and submit your credit card information on our secure site. With the full understanding of our promise to you that your information will be safe and private.

PayPal:  Complete your order online and select PayPal for the amount of your order. PayPal is not available as a payment option for orders containing custom products.

Net Terms:  If you're a School or Government Agency please contact us prior to placing an order.  Net terms are only available for pre-approved accounts.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or ACH):  Name Badge Productions will accept Electronic Funds Transfer upon approval.  Please contact us at 800-942-2343 for approval and instructions.

To All Debit Card Users:

When using a Debit Card, please be aware that your bank will pre-authorize your card for the total dollar value of your order.

A pre-authorization placed on a debit card by your bank will reflect as an actual charge on your account and may take your bank up to 14 business days to release the funds back to your account. To avoid this type of situation, it's recommended you use a credit card.
