  • Complete your order online and send a check for the amount of your order. Your order will ship after payment
    has been received. Please include your order number or a copy of your order with payment.
  • If you're an Association, School or Government Agency you may complete your order online and call, fax or email your purchase order.
When you check out from our online store you will be asked to choose one of the above options.

Your Shipping Policy at Name Badge Productions, LLC

All items shown on our web site, excluding imprinted items, are considered in-stock. All in-stock items ship the Same Day or within 24 hours. You will be notified if we are unable to fulfill our promise to you. All items ship UPS Ground unless specified. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska ship UPS 2nd Day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Free shipping refers to UPS Ground only.
No International shipping.

Your Guarantee and Return Policy at Name Badge Productions, LLC

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your merchandise within 60 days of receiving your order for a full credit, excluding custom printed items.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  All items must be returned in their original packaging. Include the Order Confirmation e-mail, print out of your Order page, or packing slip. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any items returned after 60 days. No returns after 6 months.
