Personalization:	Free. Personalization information must be submitted electronically in Excel, Word or CSV format to our specifications. Personalization includes up to 3 lines of changing text.
Set-up Fee:	Free
Electronic Proof:	2 business days
Production Time:	7-10 business days after proof approval.
Rush Production:	Rush 2-3 business days. Rush Charge is 20% or $50 whichever is greater.
Cancellations/Order Changes:	Changes to orders must be faxed or emailed. Orders canceled during or after the original production run and prior to shipment, will be invoiced for all material and labor completed up to the date that the order is canceled.
Returns:	Your satisfaction is important to us. We guarantee replacement or refund of any products due to shipping damage, defect or factory error upon inspection of returned products, if they are returned within 30 days from receipt of the shipment.
